We will stay at the beautiful and intimate private villa, Casa Sa Trona that sits atop a bluff in a lovely town called Santanyi. Only a few strides from the beach you will have the Mediterranean Sea available for your complete enjoyment and inner peace. The healing turquoise salt water will simply melt away your concerns. With European flavor the three times daily meals will be of the finest quality ingredients. Whole, nutrient rich foods will keep you fueled for the next full day of excitement.

A typical day will begin with yoga and mediation.

Then breakfast.

Then an excursion; climbing, trekking, scuba diving.

Lunch will be arranged.

Then some downtime.

Evening yoga class will be calming and resorative.

Then Dinner.

Perhaps we finish the day watching the sun dip into the waters.
